Elite Asphalt was established by Matthew Hope in 2011 after Working in the asphalt industry for 11 years. Matt previously worked at Topcoat Asphalt for 6 years, reaching the position of Operations manager before moving to a local company where he was instrumental in increasing productivity and raising quality standards.

Dave Soroka joined the Elite Asphalt Management team in 2018 after ten years in a managerial position with a large scale asphalting company. Dave was instrumental in guiding the company through a period of sustained growth which saw it become the largest privately owned asphalt company in South Australia.

Together, Matt and Dave have over 40 years’ experience in managing and delivering every kind of asphalt application to the highest and most exacting standards.
